If for any reason you discover your purchase is not what you had in mind, you may exchange it, upgrade it, downsize it, or return it for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping charges within seven days of receipt.
 
You are welcome to choose to receive a replacement (in the case of defective goods) or a refund (in the case of goods you decide you do not want).
 
If the return is a result of an error on your part, or if you change your mind about the purchase, I will send you a refund less all postage costs. In the case of goods returned because they are defective or inaccurately described, I will offer a replacement or a full refund including all postage costs.
 
All items should be returned by recorded post.
 
If you wish to return an item, simply post it to the address on our contact us page, along with a note explaining what you would like to do and your original invoice. Only items that have been personalized, embossed or custom ordered for you or your company are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
A NOTE ON QUALITY
 
Please be aware that I specialize in vintage distressed leather products that have been naturally weathered and which contain subtle inconsistant color marbling, abrasions and scarring. If ‘character’ features such as these do not appeal to you, I would respectively ask you to refrain from purchasing my books – there are many manufacturers who offer ‘factory perfect’ items which would suit your needs better.
However, should you discover any of my products are defective in craftsmanship, or which show damage incurred during manufacture, I will gladly replace the product to your satisfaction.
